Road Trip to the NEC
Last weekend, my girlfriend and I travelled to the NEC (National Exhibition Centre) in Birmingham to take a look around the National Wedding Show. With no expectations before arriving we were excited to discover some unique suppliers that we have never come across in the wedding world before (at least for us anyway). A couple of suppliers in particular inspired me to write this blog post as their ideas were just too awesome not to share with everyone! If you’re looking for something a little different then these should definitely be on your list of potential suppliers.
Beetle Juice - Cocktail Bar
Imagine this.. It’s the middle of July and your wedding is in full swing, music is playing and your guests are having a great time. All of a sudden, a VW van pulls up stacked full of your favourite cocktails with a bartender to make them - Seriously - how good would that be! When we arrived, Beetle Juice was one of the first stands that caught our eye - According to their website, the Beetle Juice tale started in 2012 in Farnham, Surrey, when brothers Julian and Jonny, and their friend Harry, had the idea of converting a 1970’s VW van into a cocktail bar to ‘take the party to the people’. If you’re a cocktail fanatic or considering something unique to impress your guests, look no further than Beetle Juice.
